N2 - The objective of this quantitative study is to determine the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between service quality, information quality, social influence, and prior experience. Using structural equation modeling, the mediation of self-efficacy between these factors and satisfaction is assessed. Data are gathered and analyzed from a sample of 230 university students who have used Google Classroom. The results of the structural equation model (SEM) analysis highlight self-efficacy as a central component in the educational experience. Prior experience is the most significant predictor for both self-efficacy and satisfaction. Service quality shows a small negative influence on self-efficacy, while information quality and previous experience show a positive impact. In conclusion, self-efficacy is confirmed as the key mediator of student satisfaction, highlighting its importance for effective educational interventions.
