N2 - Making ceramics and other crafts in Peru is essential to the local culture and economy. This article focuses on the challenge artisans face when competing in the national and international markets, highlighting the need for public-private collaboration to introduce technological improvements that improve the competitiveness of their products. This article aims to present the creation of a 3D simulated Peruvian ceramic e-store in an academic context, which revolutionizes the interaction with ceramic products by offering an almost tangible virtual experience accessible from home. The development of an electronic store will follow the SCRUM methodology, which allows an iterative process to adapt to changes and offer a high-quality product that meets customer needs. The Shopify platform is mainly used for its construction. The results of the survey carried out with 35 people show great satisfaction when using the platform in terms of easy navigation 57%, the purchasing process being simple to very simple 94.3%, the detailed descriptions of the products 97.1%, and the recommendation of the app 100%. Finally, it seeks to expand shopping opportunities for tourists, allowing them to acquire valuable cultural resources from various regions of Peru, and has a profound economic, cultural, and artistic impact.
