Abstract

This work describes the development of an application based on virtual reality for zoology education focused on children of five years, after evaluating the traditional teaching method it was determined how to adapt it to this new technology. Tests were carried out before and after the use of the application, focused on determining what is the best learning method (traditional, unguided and guided) for teaching the names and habitats of animals, these tests demonstrated the importance of complementing and adapting the traditional educational process with technology.
