Research interests

Master in Social Management and Human Resources, with completed Doctorate studies in Education, Graduate and Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Director and teacher at the Professional School of Social Work of the Catholic University of Santa María. With 31 years of professional practice in private and public companies developing actions aimed at all audiences in the Arequipa region and their families, achieving the implementation of social programs and projects, mainly for the benefit of citizens, boys, girls and adolescents, as well as of their families, within the framework of human rights and sustainable development. Currently a member of the Roundtable for the Fight against Poverty, promoting dialogue and agreement between State institutions and civil society on issues of overcoming poverty by promoting initiatives and concerted monitoring in matters of health, education, prevention of violence, teenage pregnancy, rational use of water and energy resources, and fundamentally work with vulnerable groups and populations, promoting their development.
